Arky is an inflatable raptor
Freak known for his playful nature and his ability to make things fun. He also is obssessed with balloons, cartoons and language.

- His main issue is that feels less than other people, and doesn't want to irritate people, especially since he knows that he's not very bright and often has to have basic social tact spelt out to him. And while he does learn and he does co-operate, he's always afraid that he'll alienate someone that he thinks is super cool. So whenever he gets the feeling that someone is annoyed at him, he tends to shrink and start becoming shy of that person.

Arky has no goal in life but to just live in the moment.
He doesn't think about the future - not out of conscious choice, more that he doesn't really think it's nearly as important as whatever's in front of him at that point in time.
This makes him the opposite of
Foxy, who is constantly trying to predict the future, and also the opposite of
Binary, who is constantly thinking about the past.
He doesn't seem to mind whenever people challenge his goals in life, and will usually just nod and wait for them to stop talking about the future so that he can talk about something fun.
TODO - More research needs to be put into Arky's history. All that is currently known is that Arky is one of the few
Freak to be caught by #Serendipity, and has a first hand account of the unethical experiments that were performed on him, such as forcing prisoners to bully him in order to test out his powers when he is angry. Other than this, all that is known is that he came from quite a normal family in Japan, and it is currently unknown what incident transformed him into a Freak, because at face value it seemed like he lived quite a normal, successful life. However as he doesn't want to seem to talk about his human life, it is currently not known what made him transform.
Arky is outwardly a fanboy of
Whimpers and tends to hover around her whenever he sees her. Whimpers feels kind of overwhelmed by his attention but also kind of flattered, so she humors him. Somehow, Arky isn't afraid of being pushy because Whimpers is bad at saying no, and Arky is bad at detecting a no. Sometimes Whimpers gets annoyed with Arky, but at other times she really likes him and appreciates how much he likes her and all the things he brings her. Sometimes she draws fetish art to show it to him and fluster him. Arky tends to surprise Whimpers with random gifts, offers her cuddles when she's sad and sometimes goes out of his way to find people to help Whimpers whenever she needs something but doesn't know how to get it.
Arky has a huge crush on
Dianna and tends to follow her around. He gets easily flustered around her especially since she treats him like he's her pet. He doesn't know about Dianna's secret balloon fetishism and her #BustyBalloonFriendsLivestream, but he has a gut feeling that she does like inflation as much as he does, and he would lose his mind with excitement if he ever found out. He seems quite attracted to the way Dianna also goes through life fearlessly, and she makes him feel protected. Arky's only frustration with Dianna is that she just wishes he can have more of her, but since she's so popular and does so many things, they can only hang out a few times a week. Dianna is one of the few people that is both popular, he sees as mature but doesn't get the weird idolization feeling he gets whenever he's around someone he thinks is more "grand" than him. Around Dianna, he seems to just become more confident in himself for a reason he doesn't really understand.
Arky has a weird and intense relation to
Foxy. Even though they don't hang out much, he really wishes he does, but he's also afraid of being annoying to her. Whenever she shows him any attention he gets extremely giddy, but normally he doesn't reach out to her because he's afraid of being annoying, even though Foxy is actually very patient. Even when they do talk, Arky is weirdly apologetic as if Foxy is wasting her valuable time on someone who's less than her. Arky has this weird feeling that Foxy is way out of his league and Foxy has no idea he feels this way. Whenever Foxy gives Arky any advice he treats it like he's being blessed by someone very important and it always makes Foxy feels weird because she knows something is up, but Arky doesn't seem to be telling her. But Foxy also likes Arky, she thinks about him a lot and feels really confused as to why he doesn't seem to want to hang out with her more, and she loves how his presence brings her back into the moment and helps her enjoy life without worrying. So they could have been very close if it were not for this.
Arky and
Tangles are best friends forever. With Tangles, Arky feels like the teacher for a change and he shares with him what he's learnt from others. They both share their mutual obsession over balloons and cartoons and spend a lot of time together watching series or playing videogames together. What Arky doesn't know is that Tangles has a crush on Arky, but Arky is straight.
Arky is a little scared of
Eva because of her manic confidence, but he's also really attracted to her extreme fetishism and art. He instead follows her quietly and feels like he shrinks a little when she's around. Eva is the one person who activates his quirk the worst, as around her he gets this overwhelming feeling that he's in the presence of a god and that he's just an annoying idiot. Eva somehow seems to smell this from a mile away and openly teases him about it, telling him things such as "Stop being such a pussy and say you think I'm hot. You're cute and you deserve nice things.", but this kind of outward confidence only makes him shrink more and shy away further, making him run away from a friendship that could have been very good if only he thought more highly of himself. As a result of this, Eva only tries harder to chase him, knowing that he's just being shy, but she only scares him more and doesn't get why. But, in secret, Arky still observes her, he still fantasizes about her and he gets extremely turned on when he so much as thinks about her.
Arky feels a warm friendship with
Katie. He's playful with her and despite being the queen of the island, she somehow doesn't activate his fear. The difference is that Katie tends to be empowering to Arky, and she's seen enough people to know that the secret to such people is to admire them for their strengths, to boost their confidence. Arky rarely sees Katie, but when he does, he really enjoys her time with her, usually watching cartoons together or cuddling. Arky is one of the few Freaks that turn Katie on a lot, and his fetishism left a permanent mark on her with her gaining fetishes she never had before Arky.
