Whimpers is a small lonely butterfly
Freak who is known for being extreme, sensitive, and unpredictable. She can go from feeling normal to feeling the happiest in the world, or aggressive, or timid, extremely depressed or even brave.
She lives in the outskirts of
CloudNine in a treehouse that was built for her.
- Normally timid and a looks a mildly sad.
- Vibes can change drastically depending on how she's feeling.
- Her emotions fuel her magic, meaning the more she feels, the more crazy spells she can pull off.
- Cares a lot about her impact on others. Genuinely tries hard to be a good friend and listens to others.
- Despite seeming sad and lonely, her social skills are actually great when she feels safe.
- Fundamentally doesn't believe that she's fit for having friends.
- Worried that if she tries to make new friends, it'll just end in disaster again.
- Despite this, she craves friends and is interested in other people, even to the point of being slightly stalkerish at times by intentionally frequenting the same places and trying to figure someone out before even talking to them.
- Self hating most of the time. This self hate suddenly disappears when in the presence of someone that makes her feel safe.
- Guarded heart, often skeptical of people who tell her that they want to be her friend without there being some kind of "logical reason" she can deduce. This ironically has ruined chances of friendship, such as with
Robin.
- Good natured people who gain her trust by making her feel safe and stating their intentions make her act overall better; less sad, more happy, more confident.
- Her mind is in chaos and she doesn't know what to think or feel.
- When people get intimate with her she panics because she secretly wants to know under what conditions will they leave her.

- Loves singing and writing songs around her feelings, wants and frustrations.
- Sometimes goes through periods where she exhausts herself and stops performing at all.

- Writes and posts fan fictions about cartoon character's she's obsessed about, often involving yumeshipping herself
- Has secret fan fictions that she writes about friends she sees in real life, but she's very ashamed about it and wants to keep them private even if the friends are curious. She just feels too weird about it.
- Long term friendship: Whimpers craves BFFs and actively seeks out people to socialize with after an initial period of quiet observation. She wants friendships where she can feel truly safe and doesn't have to worry about whether they're going to leave her.
- Heal: Whimpers wants to heal from the past and become someone that can truly feel safe. She wants to meet people who are sane and finally feel safe in what she felt was a confusing and contradictory life full of people promising friendship and love and then betraying her for reasons out of her control.
- Learning to control feelings: Her greatest desire. Whimpers, being a perfectionist and ruminating, has fully mapped out the reality that while what happened to her in the past was unfair and traumatized her, that part of her is damaged in a way that makes it difficult for people to tolerate being her friend during her "bad periods". She is acutely aware that her high highs are amazing, how her mind is sharp and her social skills make her loveable, but that her lows are also intolerably low - that when she's depressed, that she's a black hole that everyone gets sucked into, and that when she's angry, things get broken. She is fully aware that she has to learn to control her feelings if she's to keep friends around. But she just doesn't know how, because so far, no matter what she tries she still has moments where it's too much to bear and she acts without thinking things through. She hopes someone will come into her life knowing how it feels and what actually works.

Whimpers feels a mix of emotions with
Katie. She feels genuinely safe around her, but she also feels ashamed around her. But thanks to Katie's understanding of people she quickly is able to diffuse these feelings. Whimpers has a deep friendship with Katie and sees her as a mentor.
Whimpers has a crush on
Bowie and likes his easygoing attitude on life - that people deserve to be what they want to be, that they shouldn't have to worry and conform to ridiculous expectations. This crush is mutual as Bowie is impressed at the depth of Whimpers' skills and self expression, and loves how she tells him everything about her.
Whimpers and
Happy is very complicated. She likes the fact that he'll never leave her no matter what. But she also hates the fact that he's controlling and gets really jealous. She kind of lets him stay around her anyway because she barely has anyone to talk to.
Whimpers feels too awkward around
Robin. She feels like he's hiding something, because he can't seem to answer the question "Why do you like me?". Little does she know, that what's happening is a feedback loop of anxiety. She's anxious, so he gets anxious, then fumbles on his words and is too afraid to tell her that he just thinks she's cute and admires her art, and that his reason wasn't all that deep. Whimpers sometimes stalks Robin, tiresomely trying to analyze small details in his behavior, desperately trying to figure out whether it means that a friendship with him wasn't going to last, or whether she just prematurely shut the door on a friendship that could have been.
Dianna is like a big sister to Whimpers. Around her she feels safe, which confuses many people because Dianna has a reputation of being frightening and powerful. The reality is that Dianna's directness and lack of fear makes Whimpers also not feel afraid. Whimpers always knows where Dianna stands, no secrets, no guessing, just warm genuine friendship.
Whimpers is fascinated with
Foxy, seeing her as someone who "overthinks" just like her. Ironically, Foxy is quite lukewarm in the friendship with her, because Whimpers makes Foxy anxious. Foxy's freak ability is Foresight, which allows her to calculate the exact probabilities of every single outcome possible in an instant magical calculation. Since Whimpers is so complicated, she is a huge drain on Foxy's mind. Foxy sees Whimpers in her entirety, Whimpers craves to be seen by Foxy, even asking Dianna to help bring them closer together, but is failing to realize that she's just too much. Despite this, Whimpers is at least happy with the fact that Foxy is nice to her, but gets frustrated with her unavailability.
Whimpers has a weird relation with
Zawiwawi, although overall very positive. Whimpers likes Zawi a lot, often feeling a lot better around someone spontaneous and unbothered like Zawiwawi. However, at other times, Whimpers feels a secret jealousy and wishes she could enjoy life as much as Zawiwawi seems to be enjoying it. Zawiwawi is also not very good at reading the room and her jokes may sometimes accidentally trigger Whimpers' anxious thoughts, although so far Zawi has always reassured her and clarified what she really meant.
However, Whimpers strangely doesn't actively seek Zawi's company. When asked about this, she says that she feels like Zawi is way out of her league in terms of coolness. Whimpers is afraid that if she hung out too often with Zawi that she'd start to annoy her. However, Whimpers is underestimating Zawi's ability to flow around people's bad moods like a smooth liquid.
Eva is a friend to Whimpers and she really appreciate how often she checks on her. She is also one of the few Freaks who are as sexually deviant as Whimpers, and they are both digital artists too.
