A Location in TheSurface (the 1st layer), and the horniest part of it. It is composed of wilderness and small villages where people indulge in soft core fetishism, hence its name. The SoftCore provides power to the rest of TheSurface, having an industrial area (SoftCoreSource) dedicated for power and resource generation, even to villages that don't indulge in fetishism. Ironically, the SoftCore sometimes faces conflict from the more judgemental parts of TheSurface. While most surface dwellers are chill, there are certain surface dweller factions that are highly averse to explicit kinks, and regularly accuse SoftCore inhabitants of trying to serve as a bridge to allow TheLight and TheDeep to "ruin" the surface. However, the majority of the surface dwellers tend to think that these extremely vocal groups are annoying and often want nothing to do with them, despite these small polarized groups claiming to represent the majority of opinion in TheSurface.
