A type of BodyMod that revolves around #Inflation or pressure in one way or another.

A lung-specific BodyMod that enhances lungs to be able to breathe in and out more powerfully. Cannot be installed if the user does not have organic lungs.

A more extreme variant of the BreastBreather that is capable of making breasts balloon outwards, even to huge sizes, when activated.

A Blimplant installed in the breasts that gently inflates the breasts up and down, making it look and feel like they're breathing. More powerful that outright balloon breasts outwards to huge sizes are called a BreastBloater.

A BodyMod that uses a flatulent style of pumping, which vibrates a body part as it inflates it slightly. This feels similar to farting and usually has an embarrassing connotation. Flatulent pumpers are rare and niche since the farting-like noise tends to not be appealing to most as it reminds them of bad smells, even though Flatulent Pumpers are configurable to pump any gas that is stored into them. They are also called Farters sometimes.

A BodyMod that allows a hosepipe to be prehensile. On its own, this does nothing, but combined with a NeuralInterface or by configuring it to react to specific triggers, this can allow the hosepipe to be moved around. With NeuralInterface, the hosepipe will feel as if they are an extra pair of "arms" that the user can move around.

A very popular type of Blimplant that is triggered when the user flexes a body part. This is popular to place into soft sensitive spots like breasts and asscheeks. However there are more bizarre fetishists that put them in more unusual places, like their face cheeks, tail, paws or ears. Having a FlexPumper installed in one's body also causes the pump to generate fluids that elasticize the body, allowing them to expand. The FlexPumper comes in different strengths, with the normal variants simply making the body parts feel stimulated by pressure, and more extreme powerful variants outright making it possible to inflate and deflate own specific body parts at will. This can be installed into any body part, including breasts, cock, tail, the head or even feet. Some get carried away and want to become "fully flexpumped", which means that they have a FlexPumper installed in every in of their body, allowing them to inflate and deflate each of their body parts up and down according to their appetite, most commonly for extreme masturbation.

An overclocked and modified Heartpumper produced by the GigaFactory. Much like a heartpumper this conjoins itself to the user's chest, but it also launches prehensile hosepipes that attach to the user's nipples, cock and mouth. Unlike the Heartpumper, the GigaHeartpumper instead massively elasticizes the user and leaves them extremely fat and immobile, usually on a sea of their own belly fat, at the mercy of having their sensitive parts then stimulated by pressure and fluids from the GigaHeartpumper. Like the regular Heartpumper, the GigaHeartpumper is not a permanent body mod and can be taken off by relaxing the biomachine with a consistently warm temperature and gently spending time trying to pull it off without yanking it too hard (since trying to pull too hard will cause it to tense up its grip).

A bioelastic BodyMod pump that looks like a waterballoon and latches onto someone's chest if it comes into enough contact with a naked chest. It has prehensile hosepipes that can be connected to other body parts of the user, allowing the Heartpumper to masturbate or fondle the user using pressure and moving the prehensile hosepipes. Considered one of the most extreme BodyMod in the KinkRealm. - Heartpumpers are nonsentient artificial organisms that can launch FlexiHose that can attach to body parts. - Applies pressure to pleasure and fondle with body parts. - Can add or remove fat from body parts. - If placed on a naked chest, the waterballoon-like Heartpumper will latch onto it, merge with the skin of their chest. Initially, it will sink in and the user's body will remain visually unchanged. However, if a Heartpumped user gets aroused, the Heartpumper will bulge in their chest and send out multiple FlexiHose that attempt to latch on and conjoin themselves into different parts of the wearer's body, becoming MergedHosepipe. These hosepipes will then alternate between pumping a liquid that causes the wearer to gain elasticity, and inflate their sensitive body parts in extremely pleasurable ways. But this also leads them to become inflated to a disturbingly deformed appearance - such as normal sized thighs, but extremely balloon-like buttcheeks - a sausageballooned mouth and ears that flail like jellyfish - enormous feetpaws but normal sized shins. Although extremely pleasurable, toying around with a Heartpumper is dangerous unless there's a clear plan to orgasm and then take it off, or a BodyState has been made beforehand, or the Realmgoer has enough essence to relegate their current body to being an AlternateBody. The longer a Heartpumper is attached, the more difficult it will become to let go of it. Initially, the conjoined hosepipes can be taken off by orgasming as much as possible - this will tire out the organic Heartpumper and cause it to lose its grip enough to be able to pull the conjoined hosepipes away. The main risk, however, is losing consciousness or sleeping, which will be very tempting after the amazing orgasms that the Heartpumper causes. However, the longer a Heartpumping goes on, the more the body will enter symbiosis with the organic pumper - such as going from having an elasticized jaw to no jaw at all, or ending up with saggy breasts that become hard to walk with if they are ever deflated. Once these permanent changes happen, it's impossible to pull out because it would have become a necessary part of the user's body, impossible to tell where the user starts and where the Heartpumper's biology ends. At this point, the only way out is advanced reconstructive surgery or reverting to a previous BodyState. Someone who didn't plan to be Heartpumped will have to be careful about getting horny, because if they do, their Heartpumper will forcefully pump them up even at an inconvenient time, which can also lead to loss of equipment if the Heartpumper manages to break through armor or rip through clothes in an attempt to join itself to the user's sensitive body parts. Particularly horny Realmgoer tend to save their permanently Heartpumped form as BodyState. The Heartpumper is created by manufacturing a regular Biopump (which is a bio-mechanical machine) and allowing it to get contaminated with the body fluid of several RealmBeast. This was first discovered by accident by Jigglebutt who often used Heartpumper for masturbation because of his high weight, but because of his poor hygiene and his tendency to be a Monsterfucker, his pump was enhanced and he discovered the Heartpumper. He spent several months trying to reverse his Heartpumped body back to normal until he learnt that there is at least a way to temporarily reverse it and have some semblance of a normal, non-grossly-inflated life. HyperRNG is a Blimplant that randomly selects body parts to make huge, with random delays or trigger types. - The body parts that get magnified are scaled up and not full of air pressure. - Neurally synchronized and avoids changing body part sizes when the user is focusing on something and doesn't want to be distracted. - It can be turned off remotely, but users often like to joke that it can't be turned off.

A hosepipe BodyMod that is intricately and smoothly merged into one of the user's body parts. - Allows more more extreme pumping without the hosepipe slipping off, and makes it impossible to pull out the hosepipe. - Hosepipe merges can be reversed by applying a warm patch and gently tugging for a long period of time. A BodyMod that looks like a pair of normal socks, but once they wrap around the owner's feet, it will biologically enmesh itself with their feet and change their structure. Most MonsterSocks will leave the feet enormous, and there are a wide variety of products representing different types of feet or species. For example, someone can put on socks that is themed after a scaly dragon foot, and upon putting them on, their feet will become enormous dragon feet way beyond their normal size. This modification is permanent and can't be reversed without advanced surgery. A Blimplant that allows the nipples to eject gas from the body, reducing the amount of air pressure through a pleasurable spraying of pressurized air out from the nipples.
